Eric RothThis addition to a 1920’s home affected a dramatic shift in the character and functioning of the existing house. The project brief required modifications to the existing house to create a more direct and more visually appealing entry sequence from the garage and driveway into the house. The owners desired a mudroom and storage space, along with a new dining room connected directly to the living room and exterior entertainment space. Though modern in character, this addition is sympathetic to the lines and proportions of the existing building.
