This extensive renovation in Boston’s historic Beacon Hill neighborhood marries a modern interior aesthetic with the traditional lines of an existing Federal Style townhouse. The structure was significantly renovated, including underpinning the foundations to develop new space for a kitchen and family room. Stern McCafferty designed and selected the interior furnishings, and worked closely with the contractor to develop the work on a fast-track schedule.
